WATFREE EOS – EOS monitoring system 

 Purpose

This is a monitoring system that enables real-time supervision of equipment grounding resistance, AC leakage voltage, constant DC voltage, applied DC voltage, and insulation resistance in the manufacturing environment. Condition log values are saved to the server, and any anomalies are immediately detected and notified on the production line. Furthermore, it allows manufacturing conditions to be verified with objective data at any time upon customer request, making it an essential monitoring system for the production line.

. Ground Monitoring
기준 Ground 와 모니터링 하고자하는 설비(장비) Ground 간의 Limit(ohm) 값을 설정하여 실 시간 모니터링 하여 Log 값을 Server에 저장하고 해당 Limits(ohm) 값이 벗어날 시 알람, PLC 연동하여 설비(장비) Stop 할 수 있습니다.

. AC Monitoring
AC 설비(장비)에 대하여 Limit(ac volt) 값을 설정하여 실시간 모니터링 하여 Log 값을 Server에 저장하고 해당 Limits(ac volt) 값이 벗어날 시 알람, PLC 연동하여 설비(장비) Stop 할 수 있습니다.(ex, 인두기, 젂동드라이버 기타 등등)

. DC Monitoring
DC 설비(장비)에 대하여 Limit(dc volt) 값을 설정하여 실시간 모니터링 하여 Log값을 Server에 저장하고 해당 Limits(dc volt) 값이 벗어날 시 알람, PLC 연동하여 설비(장비) Stop 할 수 있습니다.

. Ground, AC Monitoring
Ground 와 AC 누설 젂압에 대하여 동시에 Limit(dc volt) 값을 설정하여 실시간 모니터링 하여 Log 값을 Server에 저장하고 해당 Limits(dc volt) 값이 벗어날 시 알람, PLC 연동하여 설비(장비) Stop 할 수 있습니다.

. 절연저항 Monitoring
제연매트를 시공하여 민감성 자재를 위에 올려놓고 작업하는 공정에 대하여 Limit(dc volt) 값을 설정하여 실시간 모니터링 하여 Log 값을 Server에 저장하고 해당 Limits(dc volt) 값이 벗어날 시 알람, PLC 연동하여 설비(장비) Stop 할 수 있습니다.
